All of our tracks are bound by our collab agreement.

FOR NON PAYING CLIENTS
 

Section 1.

DA WONDA TWINZ/DUB T. P. PRODUCTIONZ does 50/50 on ownership with collaborating artist on collaborated projects. (Meaning; both the tracks creator, and the collaborating artist share equally in the finished project.)

Section 2.

Both DA WONDA TWINZ/DUB T. P. PRODUCTIONZ and collaborating artist have the ability to promote and include the finished project on their own independent CD’s and each artist retains any proceeds associated with their own independent sales. (Meaning; the creator of the track, and the collaborating artist, can separately promote, sale, and/or display the finished project for their own personal shows, websites, and cd’s, and keep 100% of the money(s).)

Section 3.

Should either the creators, or artist license any part of the collaborated product for commercial use, such as movies, TV, commercials, radio, record company etc… then any proceeds from the sale(s) would be split 50/50 between DA WONDA TWINZ/DUB T. P. PRODUCTIONZ, and collaborating artist. (Meaning if any part of the finished product, is sold by either party for something other than their own independent project indicated in Section 2., all money(s) received will be split 50/50 between both creator(s), and collaborating artist.)

Section 4.

Both parties of the collaboration shall retain credit for their respective contribution on the collaborated project. (Meaning; the rights to the instrumental track provided by DA WONDA TWINZ/DUB T. P. PRODUCTIONZ will remain the property of DA WONDA TWINZ/DUB T. P. PRODUCTIONZ, and the rights to the vocals provided by the collaborating artist will remain the property of collaborating artist.)

Section 5.

Neither party shall falsely represent nor misrepresent the individual contribution of the collaborating parties. (Meaning; neither the creator, nor the collaborating artist can claim the finished product as their creation solely.)

Section 6.

DA WONDA TWINZ/DUB T. P. PRODUCTIONZ will provide a TOP QUALITY track. (320/256 rendering or better), and in return DA WONDA TWINZ/DUB T. P. PRODUCTIONZ requires a Top Quality copy of the collaborated project as well as Top Quality copies of the scapulas, so that no one party of the collaboration shall have more parts than the other.)

Any updated version(s) of the collaborated project shall be submitted to any and all parties of the collaborated project immediately after its creation.
